Danmark Toy Trucks and Pedal Cars was started as a result of Terry Beck’s interest in restoring these old toys. He owned a body shop for many years. His head was filled with knowledge about metal and paint and he wanted to apply that knowledge to something on a smaller scale. He applied his skills to two Smith-Miller trucks that his father bought him in the late 1940’s. The results were fabulous and since then he has been challenged again and again to detail and/or restore many toy trucks and pedal cars.
